Went to the vodacom outlet they told me the are not the Fibre department and gave me a number to call wich ofcause was not a free number. The person on the phone was like they don't even know what I'm talking about or like I'm desturbing him from doing something more important. But I'm happy to have gotten a glimpse of what customer service I could expect before actually sign up the deal. Date of experience : November 01, 2023. Vodacom is useless. Vodacom is useless. They upgraded my Vodacom contract without my consent. IAM now suffering because of them I reside in Joburg and upgrade was done in Vodacom 4 U Musgrave. When I follow up the matter I have been taken pillar to Post, no answers. The Manager there kept saying she is investigating the matter till today, this happened in April it's now End of May, no feedback at all, how USELESS and incompetent. Kiara the consultant and Her manager Fatima must be investigated by Vodacom for the corruption. Date of experience : April 25, 2024. Vodacom is a scam. Even the one star I gave them they don't deserve it. I got a phone contract from Vodacom the agreement was that I'll be paying R470 every month, the fist month I took the money my self to the Vodacom shop and I was penalized because I agreed on debit order. Second month they debited R800. Third month R700 something. Fourth month R600. Now I got a message that says my next payment will be R580 for what I don't know. Will I ever pay the amount we agreed on? Someone is paying my account because I'm not working like before 😞 just imagine telling someone that is helping you different amounts every month. Agent quick to come around to your… Agent quick to come around to your house and sign up for fibre wifi . you the cancel your service provider on the 31st and vodacom promise to connect you on the 1st. You phone the call center several times and they confirm that wifi will work rhe same day no one phones back and on the 2nd you still sitting with no wifi . Pathetic service don't use vodacom . Agents Haylene pasha quick to send unprofessional email to tell you that you shouldn't threaten her with poor service for she is only an marketing agent and politely blocks you without resolving your complaint. Gentleman Duran absolon absolutely quick to phone and whatsapp every 5 min to make sure you have sent application to earn his commission but when services fail he is no where to be seen. These delinquents are quick to sign you up in order to make their commission and deliver a pathetic service. DONT USE VODACOM FIBRE JUST TO SAVE A BUCK RATHER STICK TO THE SERVICE PROVIDER YOU HAD .
