The Santa Barbara South Coast Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the city of Goleta, will host another Meet Me in Old Town Goleta, a series of free summer events, 5-7 p.m. the third Thursday in July and August. The events will take place on Magnolia Avenue between Hollister Avenue and Gaviota Street.

Designed to enhance community engagement, boost local business visibility, and showcase the charm of Old Town Goleta, the city said the events celebrate the atmosphere of an evening block party, featuring games, entertainment, and a variety of refreshment options. Local businesses will host specials and participate in ways that highlight their offerings, from tastings to promotions. Residents and visitors are invited to join in interactive and family-friendly activities, as well as performances by Mezcal Martini, and the Fiesta Spirit and Junior Spirit on July 18, and Tequila Mockingbird on Aug. 15. Magnolia Avenue will be the venue for live musical entertainment, games, and refreshments, including beer and wine.
