Customer support Is nonexistent and terrible when they do pick up.. The app constantly has malfunctions during purchases and there are hackers too one must deal with.. getting the Meetme support team to assist is nearly impossible.. purchasing diamonds usually works however, sometimes it doesnā€™t then you have to fight with Apple to get a refund, when you donā€™t receive your diamonds, However, at least Apple picks up or answers the phone.. meetme does not pick up the phone nor respond to emails, if your diamonds do not come through on a purchase.. as a failsafe you may have to call your bank as Apple doesnā€™t always refund when you donā€™t receive your diamonds.. iā€™ve only had issues with Apple twice for refunds regarding this app.. I think itā€™s due to the fact the meetme app constantly has problems during purchases and maybe Apple is tired of issuing refunds for diamonds purchased and not received.. fortunately, Iā€™ve never received any other problems with any other apps other than MeetMe.. I hope Apple forces meetme to tighten up and have better security, and better accounts receivable when it comes to purchases and diamonds received..I was able to correspond with Meetme one time via email reference to resetting my account after it had been hacked.. iā€™ve been hacked four times at the meetme app.. security is truly terrible there and I donā€™t know how the Hackers continue to get in. Horrible experience on first day. I tried posting this review 10x as a 1 star rating. If itā€™s posted as 3stars or more shows thereā€™s people being blocked from giving low ratings. I just created an account earlier today. Was on the app for 2hrs max casually browsing around and only messaged 1 person. Suddenly I was logged out couldnā€™t log in tried to reset my password couldnā€™t do it. I reached out to support they said my account was PERMANENTLY banned for violating terms of service. I was floored. Literally just got on the app to be permanently banned?? I asked for details havenā€™t heard back yet. Based on the other reviews seems like I wonā€™t get details and this is a trend. Iā€™m upset because I really wanted stream on the app and never got the opportunity to. The only thing I could think of is if the 1 guy I was messaging reported me after I ignored his advances cause I got logged out right after he messaged questioning if Iā€™m ignoring him. I feel like banning someone on their FIRST day on the app is excessive. No warning of wrongdoing (which I literally did nothing wrong) just ban. Iā€™m still confused how and why Iā€™m banned. UNFAIR. This app was good at one point. Now they have Admins working for them and making money of streamers to get peoples account closed for no reason. There is a streamer going around reporting accounts stating they are violating the terms of use. They believe everything due to this streamer knowing someone on the inside closing accounts.
