Every day (except raining or sick) jogging like NS time. Slow jogging (1 round 3min-6min or more, or simply very slow jog for 30mins) just to keep healthy and mental alert, and flat tummy like washboard. Need to eat protein food or else will slim and slim until bones or bony as years passed with such routine. 2. Cycling to explore and convenience. 3. Share trading just to gain pocket $$$ 4. Go neighborhood hawker centre to explore food and dip in crowd or local atmosphere and food. 5. Go JB to explore, Google their bus at JB Sentral after JB custom and try drop to area of interest to explore for food and activities. Watch relevant YouTube of food, activities and bus journey. Can consider short term stay there if no longer working in future and still in good health. 6. Tik Tok watching. Search for subject of interest. 8. Try home based business. Learn making food like cake, cookies, kueh, dessert, massage, haircut, plumbing etc and sell ? 9. Swimming for health and spa healthiness. 10. Learn website creation or even hacking methodology with online resources.
